Treatment voucher terms and conditions

Thank you for thinking about purchasing a treatment voucher for someone you care about. Please note the following terms and conditions associated with the purchase of a voucher.

Therapy Hours:

Monday 10am – last appointment 3pm

Tuesday 10am – last appointment 3pm

Wednesday 10am – last appointment 3pm

Thursday 10am – last appointment 2pm

Friday 10am – last appointment 2p,

Saturday and Sunday  – Closed

  1. The vouchers are valid for a full 6 months from the date of issue
  2. It is essential you ensure the recipient of the voucher can be available during the therapy hours of Monday to Friday 10am until 3pm as refunds will not be given.
  3. They are transferable to a different therapy or service, but if the chosen therapy or service price is higher, the difference will need to be paid.
  4. The vouchers are not transferable for cash
  5. To create a therapeutic, safe and nurturing environment Light Harmony Holistic Health is a female client only practice but with established clients partners and husbands welcomed for treatments also. If vouchers are purchased in error, they may be transferred to a female, but please contact us first to discuss
  6. Treatment vouchers must be presented at time of treatment and cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or discounts.
  7. The vouchers will be emailed to the purchaser within 24 hours. If you would like the voucher sent by post instead, please use the contact us form.
  8. Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order reference within 7 days.
  9. Late cancellation or failure to arrive for your designated appointment will result in a cancellation charge. Cancellation of a treatment within 48hrs or failure to turn up without notice will incur a 100 % charge of the treatment price if the reserved treatment slot cannot be filled. Please be aware that this cancellation policy will also apply to treatments to be paid for by voucher.
