Before your appointment, you’ll be invited to complete a simple aromatherapy questionnaire. This helps me understand:
- Your treatment goals
- Any areas of tension or discomfort
- Your current emotional wellbeing
- Whether you’re looking to relax, sleep better, ease muscular aches, improve focus or simply enjoy some well-deserved self-care
- Your favourite scents and any aromas you’d prefer to avoid
- Any health considerations to ensure your blend is both safe and effective
Using your answers, I’ll create a bespoke massage oil from my carefully selected collection of premium essential oils.
My range includes calming florals such as Lavender and Roman Chamomile, uplifting citrus oils including Bergamot, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit and Mandarin, grounding woods and resins such as Cedarwood, Frankincense and Vetiver, along with warming oils including Ginger and Black Pepper, refreshing herbs such as Rosemary and Peppermint, and many more.
Every blend is unique to you.
Take your blend home
As part of your treatment, you’ll receive a complimentary 30ml bottle of your personalised massage blend to take home.
This allows you to continue enjoying the benefits of your bespoke aromatherapy after your appointment. Use it as a body oil after bathing, apply to dry areas of skin, or simply enjoy the familiar aroma to help bring you back to a place of calm and relaxation.
